You matter.

Your life has purpose.

Your story has power.

Your hope changes everything.

Live courageously as the person God designed you to be!

Life is complex. It can be both brutal and joyful. Love can be beautiful and painful. Confidence can coexist with insecurity. You can feel valuable and, at times, worthless. Learning how to embrace the fullness of life and choose both sides—“both and”—can be challenging, but it also brings restoration, freedom, healing, and the courage to step into the person you were always meant to be.

Jena is a therapist, a mother, a widow, a wife, a friend, a survivor of child loss, a child of God, and a lover of all people—no matter their background or story.

Her approach is integrative, rooted in a Christian worldview and enriched by practices from various religious traditions, as well as research from both secular and faith-based fields.

Specializing in grief and trauma counseling, Jena also enjoys working with individuals and couples navigating relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. She completed a six-month course and received certification for grief care counseling, further strengthening her ability to support those experiencing profound loss. She helps individuals build skills in areas such as attachment, mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, communication, and interpersonal relationships. Jena believes that when we embrace authenticity, we create deeper connections, fostering both healing and meaningful relationships.

Jena feels honored to walk alongside you on your journey as you rediscover your hope, value, worth, and sense of self.
